For new investor, once you have studied all relevant information and decide to invest with us, you can proceed to open a fund account and make fund initial subscription with us directly at the Head Office of AIA Investment Management (Thailand) Limited.
Please see “OUR SERVICES” for further information.

The investor can make fund subsequent subscription/ redemption/ and switching order(s) at the Head Office of AIA Investment Management (Thailand) Limited. The investor shall schedule an appointment to meet with AIAIMT’s marketing representative on AIAIMT’s website prior to the meeting.

(Except for AIA Diversified Fixed Income Fund (AIA-DFI), the minimum subscription is 2,000 THB)

The investor will receive the transaction confirmation via the email address provided to AIAIMT in the Account Opening Form or any subsequent Amendment Form.

The investor can download the relevant documents from the company’s website www.aiaim.co.th

Important Information
  1. Investors must understand fund information, return characteristics, and fund’s risk before making investment decision.
  2. Investment in mutual funds is not bank deposit; and contains investment risks. Investors may receive investment proceeds more or less than an initial investment; and may not receive the redemption proceeds within the stipulated timeframe.
  3. Therefore, please carefully study and understand the funds’ prospectus, investment policy, fund features, performance, risks and other relevant information before making an investment decision. Investors should decide to invest in the funds within your acceptable risk level and suitable to your investment objective. Please retain the fund fact sheet and other relevant documents (eg. Tax manual) for future reference.
  4. In case investors require additional information, documents, or any investment enquiry, please contact the Asset Management Company or the distribution agents appointed by the Asset Management Company.
  5. For open-end funds, in extraordinary circumstances, investors may not receive the redemption proceeds within the stipulated timeframe; or in case of liquidity constraint, investors may not be able to redeem the investment units as your instruction.
  6. Past performance is not an indicative or a guarantee of future performance.
  7. For Retirement Mutual Fund (RMF), investors must strictly comply with investment conditions and other relevant conditions stipulated by the Revenue Department. Otherwise, investors shall not receive any tax benefits and/or may subject to withholding tax deduction or unable to receive a refund for the capital gains. In addition, investors must return all tax benefits received earlier to the Revenue Department within the stipulated timeframe; otherwise, fine and surcharge in accordance with Thailand Revenue Code may be applied.
    As such, investors must keep the records of all relevant documents pertaining to RMF investments as valid evidence to affirm your tax benefits when being requested.
  8. The Asset Management Company may invest in securities or assets for its own investment accounts similar to the investment for funds under its management. As such, the Asset Management Company has prepared work system that prevents conflict of interest to ensure fair treatment for the unitholders according to the notifications of Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC)
  9. The Asset Management Company permits its staff to invest in securities for their own personal accounts; but require compliance with ethical standards and applicable announcements and guidelines that are issued by the Association of Investment Management Companies (AIMC). The staff are required to disclose such investment to the Asset Management Company in order to ensure proper compliance and monitoring of staff's securities dealing activities.
  10. Investors may examine information which could affect investment decisions, such as Connected Persons transactions on the Asset Management Company’s website or the website of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC) (http://www.sec.or.th).
  11. Performance measurement of AIAIMT’s mutual funds shown on this website is prepared according to the performance measurement standard of the Association of Investment Management Companies (AIMC).
  12. The dissemination of information and documents on this website is provided by the Asset Management Company in good faith based on the information that is believed to be reliable. This is only intended for the benefit and convenience for the investors. However, the Asset Management Company cannot endorse or guarantee the accuracy, the completeness, or the integrity of information or documents regardless of any situation. As such, recommendation and constructive feedback are always welcomed for further improvement. In addition, investors may inquire to check any information regarding the mutual funds under management at the office of Asset Management Company and/or the distribution agents appointed by the asset management company
